Enter tracking code in Input Box and press "Track" button. You can find tracking code in transaction receipt sent to your email.

I have completed bank transfer but still it shows as Awaiting Payment. Why?

We usually receive your deposit on the same day but it could take longer according to the currency sent. For instance, GBP transfers arrive within a few working hours, but Euro transfers can take 1-2 working days. You will receive an email once we have received your money.
